About the event
Spend an evening enjoying delicious Nepalese cuisine while supporting a cause close to our hearts. On Sunday 25th January, Joe Allen and Suslim Rai-Allen will be cooking up a special charity dinner with tables available from 6-8.30pm.
Joe, who trained at Westminster Kingsway College and has cooked at top restaurants across London for the past 15 years, has embraced the flavours and traditions of Nepal since meeting his wife Sue. Together with Sam, they are running the London Marathon in memory of their brother Tom, who we sadly lost to meningitis in 2012. All proceeds from the evening’s food and drink, as well as the raffle, will go directly to Meningitis Now.
Menu highlights include:
Bhatmas Sadheko – Spiced toasted soya beans tossed with onion, chilli, fresh herbs and citrus, a crunchy Nepali snack.
Pani Puri – Crispy hollow shells filled with potato and spices, served with tangy tamarind water – eat…
